All I ever wanted were a set of 6 pack abs. I have been training since my early 20s but that defined midsection looked like a distant dream. It made absolute sense and his theories on fat loss seemed logical. Although 4 min. of exercising a day, 3 times a week doesn’t seem much, he backs it up with sound research.
So, off we went, my training partner and me, to see this dude who was using Jake’s routines. And the first thing that hit me was his leanness and the spring in his step! Just for the record, I wasn’t ‘checking him out or anything’ but through his formal clothes you could sense the presence of rippling muscles and 6 pack abs!
After the initial exchange of pleasantries and small talk, the topic moved on to Jake Hunter’s book. From here on in, there was no stopping him! He went on and on..; by the end of the conversation, I was a totally different person. I went and bought Jake’s book, read it cover to cover and started following his advice passionately.
3 weeks into the routine and I am smiling ear to ear. Now, I’m in the process of overhauling my entire wardrobe! It’s gonna cost me money but I am not complaining and I am sure you won’t either!!! I highly recommend www.4minuteabs.com to anyone out there.
